Products and plans
VAREK is available as two product lines that run in the same service. You can choose either the focused claims module or the whole-company management — and switch between them at any time.
- VAREK Reklamaatio — a focused, more affordable product for claims and warranty management only.
- Whole-company plans — Basic, Pro and Property management, which also cover finances, communication, bookings, the maintenance log and meetings.
VAREK Reklamaatio
Section titled “VAREK Reklamaatio”VAREK Reklamaatio is aimed especially at new housing companies (RS properties) that want to be sure of one thing above all: that no construction defect goes unclaimed before its statutory deadline lapses. The module includes:
- Defect reports with photos and building-map floor-plan annotation
- Claims, the 3-year deadline watch and warranty-period tracking
- Warranty-repair tracking and the builder response link (no login required)
- Guided annual inspection and your own inspections
- Documents, security documents and a built-in PDF reader
- The PDF annotation tool
- AI claim drafts and KRIL precedents (50 AI credits / month)
- Service tendering (free on every plan)
Reklamaatio does not include finances and resident billing, communication channels, bookings, the maintenance log, the AGM, KPTS/PTS/HTJ, SMS or the public API. It isn’t a stripped-down Basic plan but a focused product of its own — and it includes AI claim drafts and precedents that the Basic plan does not.
Whole-company plans
Section titled “Whole-company plans”Basic, Pro and Property management cover the whole housing company’s day-to-day, on top of claims and warranty:
- Basic — whole-company management without AI or the finance module.
- Pro — every tool plus AI: finances and resident billing, communication, bookings, the maintenance log, the AGM and board decisions. Includes 200 AI credits per month.
- Property management — the same as Pro for the whole portfolio, plus a portfolio view and volume discounts. Pricing is quote-based.

Who Reklamaatio is for
Section titled “Who Reklamaatio is for”VAREK Reklamaatio is the best choice when a housing company
- is a new build or has just been handed over and the main need is warranty tracking,
- wants to secure claim deadlines without overhauling all of its administration,
- already uses another system or a property manager for the rest, or
- wants to start affordably and expand later.
If the housing company also needs finances, resident billing, communication or meetings in the same service, Basic or Pro is the better choice.
Changing plans
Section titled “Changing plans”You can upgrade from VAREK Reklamaatio to a full Basic or Pro plan at any time — per building. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and the price is applied from the next billing period. All the data you’ve already built up — defects, claims and documents — is kept as it is.
The plan can be chosen per housing company and per building, so the same property-management firm can use different plans for different companies. Switching between housing companies always works with the same login, whatever the plan — including when you have apartments or managed companies in several housing companies.
Pricing
